This website is for use by owners (or borrowers) of my book Fast Track Your Mortgage. There is a page for mortgage calculations, a summary of mortgage equations, links to Australian mortgage sites and downloads of all the spreadsheets and tables in the book. You will need the book to be able to use the spreadsheets and tables. If you would like me to contact you when new versions of the spreadsheets are available, please contact me using the email link and I will add you to a contact list. If you don't yet have a copy of Fast Track Your Mortgage, I have a few copies for sale for AU $20 including postage to anywhere in Australia. If you live in USA or UK the cost is US $16.
